The video won the Best Online Promotions and Maha Magical Manananggal won the 3rd best cover! I could never ask for more then! The event was more intimate as I get to interact more with a lot of people! I also met people from InkJinks and Guhit Bayanihan! It was also a luck when I got picked in the raffle draw for a reserved slot for Komikon 2012~!

7. 2nd Prize for a Quickdraw Art Competition in Best of Anime. September 15, 2012
◆ 2nd Prize! Unexpected! ◆
Another unexpected event! My first goal was to watch Uchuu Sentai Noiz for this event but I eventually saw the Art Competition Mechanics in which got me interested to join as well. The competition has online preliminary online voting system and I got the 7th place out of 60+ competitors (This was again, unexpected). The top 10 artists must compete in front of the crowd of Best of Anime for the second round. Only 5 will be selected. Luckily, I got it to top 5. Then the top 5 artists will then compete for the final round. I think it was epic since I am not hoping to win at all. When I was about to go home, I recieved a text message from the organizers of the event that I need to wait for the announcement of winners as I was picked as one of the top 3 artists. I then got the 2nd Prize! Totally OSSUM! Very memorable! Isn't it terrible that I relied so much to my luck? LOL!

This was the first time my original character got feature in television in a form of cosplay. Seeing my character, Luzviminda, run and beat random hoodlums made me teary-eyed. lol. I co-directed some scenes of Luzviminda. It was amazing! The next day, I got sick. LOL! But everything was worth it!
5. Being able to hear Maha's voice through the uber talented voice actress, Nica Rojo. July 14, 2012
◆ Thanks a lot Nicaaaaa! <3 ◆
How can I ever forget Nica Rojo? She is a muse! She lent her voice for my magical girl manananggal character, Maha! It was pretty surprising how she did this and it inspired me to work on the animation. I finished the animation for 2 days because I was really inspired to hear my character talking! Nica also voiced another character of mine! I will let you know soon! It's a secret as of the moment! Haha!
4. Visiting Otsuka Sensei!
◆ Otsuka-Sensei, arigatou gozaimasu! ◆

1. Celebrating my tenth year in comic creation!
◆ I will never stop creating my visions in concrete form! ◆
I think this has been my biggest achievement being an artist. 10 years ago, I was a newbie comic artist with high hopes. Now, few of my dreams are now being realized. I wish to continue further and become someone who can inspire others.
Actually, there loads more in the list! However, I cannot just simple write them all as it might take me forever. LOL! I will continue to count all the blessings. There are loads of good things happening to me already this 2013! I will continue to do this TOP HIGHLIGHTS OF MY YEAR from now on.

It is a joint name of my real name (Ray) and my Japanese name in Kanji (Kosen - 光線 means Ray). It doesn't make sense if you translate it. レイ光線 - RayRay... LOL!
Raykosen is actually pronounced as Rei-koosen (English Ray and elongated and 'O' in Kosen.) Some people thought it's Raikosen.
