Artist's Comments"You can get rid of the rest. This is the only one I want." Page 77, Chapter 02 A scene after Kaname recieved gifts from Day Class students in "White Day". He kept Yuki's gift. Kaname Kuran A pureblood vampire who saved Yuki from an attack by another vampire when she was five years old. Kaname is the class president of the Night Class, both feared and respected by the other Night Class students. While he is cold and authoritative towards his contemporaries in the Night Class, he is always kind and sweet to Yuki. He has shown that he cares for Yuki in a romantic sense ever since he saved her. Kaname means "hinge" or "door". The kanji for his last name is a combination of the old-fashioned way of writing ku, meaning "nine" and ran meaning "orchid". Therefore, Kuran : "nine orchids". COMMENT "Eh?!", that's my initial reaction about your comments in my last deviation 「 + VAMPIRE KNIGHT: Pureblood Vampire + 」 . Thanks for the inspiring comments. I don't know what else to say.
