PLEASE READ BEFORE COMMENTING Welcome to Private I Café! DIRECTIONS: This is a .swf file. It will run in adobe to flash player. Click the Private I Café Logo to see the artwork. Please patiently wait for the actual artwork. Please do not copy and post to other websites. Ive used a .swf file to avoid .jpg copying and web distribution. COMMENT: With faces like those, they dont seem to look inviting. Hahaha! These three major characters are in front of the Private I Café entrance.
As promised *for several times*, heres my update on my new webmanga project. It is my first attempt to write and conceptualize stories for a detective genre. Hopefully, I wont screw this. This is the biggest challenge for me until now because Im still fixing some story holes. D8>
This project is incredibly well-done thus far! En if you plan on 32 pages each month (wow),good luck with its completion,it's likely to turn out well. Also, the setup you've used for the cover & artwork is unfamiliar,a first encounter personally here on DA,very impressive!
Although you've already acknowledged that the 3 managers have such serious, worried and/rather uninviting expressions,it seems as if that's part of the story,or maybe even foreshadowing a specific upcoming event. There's a bit of suspense which is good as it may inspire interest & encourage future readers.
The colouring, shading, fabric folds of the clothing and shadows/reflections in the windows are all very well-done. It's a very minute detail, but the occasional white strands in the hair seem a bit odd.Perhaps this was for contrast or lighting? Maybe just use a lighter shade of the colour instead of strict white?
